Dr. Courtney Stenger is a central Minnesota local and is excited to be in the area serving this community. Dr. Courtney graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic and is also offering acupuncture. She is passionate about sharing the education that she received throughout her schooling.
Dr. Courtney has a special interest in sports and performance along with injury prevention. This interest led her to focus much of her chiropractic skills on treating and educating athletes. She has special training in concussion prevention and management. Dr. Courtney is certified in SMART Tools soft tissue therapy, has an in depth background on kinesiology and athletic taping, and works well with patients to educate them on the importance of exercising in a smart and constructive way.
Dr. Courtney has been serving the Paynesville community for 4 years. She is dedicated to patient care and has a passion to help people find their health. Dr. Courtney studied cell and molecular biology at the University of Minnesota, Duluth to build a strong background in the dynamics of how the human body works. With that knowledge she furthered her education in natural health care at Northwestern Health Sciences University to become a doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Courtney's favorite thing about Vitalife is everything.
She loves spending time educating her patients on the importance of building healthy habits that extend into lasting lifestyle changes.
In her free time, she loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, and 2 kids. They love spending time outside riding on the Kanam, playing on the trampoline, or just simply enjoying the sunshine. Come fall she loves taking her son out to the deer stand to look for the trophy buck.
